Dear Jon,

I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the wonderful performance made by Diggin’ Rhythm & Brass at my wedding on October 1, 2005.  I first heard the band at the Memorial Day Concert in Jacksonville, when they opened for Macy Gray and James Brown, I knew that this was the band I wanted to perform at my wedding; that this was my dream band!

To my luck the band was available for my wedding and I eagerly signed the contract. You were so helpful during this period when we were trying to work things out with the reception site to ensure they would be able to accommodate the band.  You kept in touch, and were always responsive in a very timely manner.

Working with Kelley, close to the wedding date, was a very pleasurable experience as well.  Kelley was very professional and walked me through the evening’s events, giving suggestions, and taking my suggestions and requests as to how the reception would play out. Kelley promised that I would have nothing to worry about that evening; that she would ensure the flow of the evening’s events went well and smoothly.  Kelley helped me pick out all my “first dance” songs, and catered to my personal needs.  Her kindness and care meant so very much as well. 

Kelley and Donna greeted Matt & me at the door when we entered the reception area just to check in.  That personal touch at the beginning of the evening was especially thoughtful.

The rest of the night was just amazing, mostly due to the band.  The performance was incredible; all of our guests said so.  I have never seen so many guests at a wedding reception on the dance floor at one time!  Friends and family that have never danced at any celebration boogied down all night long.  Every day I still get comments from my friends and family that our wedding was the most fun wedding they had ever been to; that it was perfect!  And they all say that the band really made the night.  The vocals were incredible, as were the instruments.  The band really felt the mood of the audience and played to our tastes all night long.  This was the most fun, professional, and talented performance that we have ever had the pleasure to enjoy.  Thank you for making our wedding truly perfect. By the way, perfect is not a word that I just throw around, or even rarely use.  It’s just the honest truth that this night was perfect.  Perfect is the word that comes from everyone’s lips that call or email to thank me for including them in our celebration.  Perfect.
